At least three people were killed and 15 others injured after a train hits a bus on Dhaka-Chattogram Railway in Fateh Rail crossing area of Feni Sunday morning.

The identities of the deceased could not be known yet.

According to police and fire service sources, ‘Chattogram Mail’ hits a passenger bus of ‘Shyamoli Paribahan’ from Chapainawabganj. The bus was crossing the railway line at 6:15 am when the accident occurred, leaving three passengers of the bus dead on the spot and its 15 passengers injured.

The injured were admitted to a 250-bed hospital. Later, the three of them were sent to Chattogram and Dhaka in critical condition.
